Google Launches New Online Store

With the Google Store, Google continues to try his luck to sell the latest flagship Nexus garapannya ranging from smartphones to laptops Chromebook. Today Google launched a new website that focuses on selling hardware products Google. This is Google's latest attempt to attract more buyers for the Google, and facilitate prospective buyers in locating reference Google products include smartphones, tablets and laptops Google.
Quoted from CNET, (11/03), the search engine giant company announced the Google Store, a site where people can buy physical products including the Nexus smartphones, tablets, laptops Chromebook, Chromecast streaming devices, and much more. Google Store will also sell devices such as Nest, thermostat connected to the Internet. As is known Nest was acquired by Google last year.
This step separates Google's efforts to sell the hardware from Google Play store, which used to sell software such as mobile applications, movies and music. It also follows Apple's approach to the business through retail. Apple has long maintained a separate online store, which sells music, movies and applications through the iTunes music store and the App Store. As for selling the iPhone, iPad and Mac, Apple has been through the store on its website. Not all companies do this. Amazon, for example, using a store to sell both hardware and media. And Google apparently chose to separate the hardware business and sales of software or application.
This is not the first time Google has tried to sell the hardware directly to the customer. When the company introduced the first Nexus phone in 2010, they launched a special online store where people can buy the phone.Google said it will offer free shipping on products purchased in the Google Store, for a limited time. People who have just bought the device from Google Play store will have their order information is automatically transferred to the Google Store and given instructions on transactions in it.
