Microsoft and Xiaomi Will Release Windows 10 Beta Version on Xiaomi Mi4

A few weeks ago Microsoft has announced that it will cooperate with the Xiaomi to test Windows 10 in the Xiaomi MI4. Just like Meizu who have adopted Ubuntu on their smartphone Meizu MX4, Xiaomi is now running the new OS for their devices, namely Windows 10.

Reporting from Gizchina, (3.18), at an event held in Shenzhen on Tuesday (17/3), Microsoft revealed that they plan to release Windows 10 in 190 countries with 111 languages. And for the Chinese market, Microsoft has teamed up with Lenovo, Tencent and Qihoo 360.Now Microsoft has announced that one of their main partners in China is Xiaomi, to provide an opportunity for users to Download Windows 10 to their smartphones.

Many people assume that the download of Windows 10 to Xiaomi MI4 will be "free" and limited to the number of beta testers. Microsoft will ask the testers to provide feedback on how to improve the OS before the final launch. This is certainly very interesting, to see how quickly Xiaomi can get a stable version of Windows 10 before actually released for Xiaomi MI4.

Leaked Windows 10 Technical Preview that supports for 512MB RAM

The recently leaked screenshots of Windows 10 Technical Preview for mobile phones. For those who think that Windows Phone will take a lot of RAM at a price that would be higher, surely you would say the same with Windows 10.

Fortunately not. General Technical Manager Gabriel Aul Microsoft recently confirmed via Twitter (via Windows Central) which mentions the upcoming Technical Preview for mobile devices will support handsets with 512MB RAM. This means that if you have a Windows Phone device low end class with less RAM than 1GB of RAM, you can participate in the preview.

Interestingly expression a bit strange when Aul said to "first preview". What this means is that a preview of the upcoming no longer support the device with 512MB RAM, 512MB or device really will disappear from circulation? Hopefully Microsoft just has not completed the list of devices that support for the first preview and could immediately release it.

But Windows 10 still seems to take a little longer, because currently only bari will be released the first preview version, but most are not already in the stage of preparation for launch
